This web site provides current information on weather data for ELGIN, Moray, Scotland; as well as some recent weather data records.  Use the buttons/links above to get access to all this data and my webcam/cloudcam video. 

An "experimental" Weather Forecast for Elgin (Layouts A and B) is being produced by the programme "WxSim" and a Wind "Stream" Chart by "Digital Atmosphere".  Please note that these may not always be available and are produced automatically and therefore may not be accurate.  

The weather data is obtained from a Davis Instruments Vantage Pro 2 Automatic Weather Station (AWS) located in the west of Elgin.  A second Wx Stn with an Inspeed Vortex anemometer (1 sec data rate) is installed and the WeatherDisplay Data for this can be found on the WS2300 data page.
